You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you select phone updates at checkout you'll also receive a text with your tracking link once your order  ships. 

You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after your order has been completed. If you sign up for phone updates you'll also receive a text confirmation. 

Your order will be sent out on average between3-5 business days after ordering.               

    Shipping time depends on your location, but can beestimated as follows           

    USA: 3–4 business days    

    Canada: 4-7 business days   

    Europe: 6–8 business days             

    Australia: 2–14 business days             

    Japan: 4–8 business days            

    International: 10–20 business days         

   InternationalShipping: Internationalshipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy isdifferent, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight,value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.     

If your order didn't arrive, be sure to let us know! First, please checkyour  shipping confirmation and check that you entered the correct address. Ifthe address was incorrect we'd be happy to send you another order to thecorrect address, it would be at your cost. If the shipping address wascorrect, contact us at notingyour order number. We'll see how we can help.                    

If the carrier isn't able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package is unclaimed, it'll be returned to the default return address. Once we receive your package we'll contact you, and if you still wish to receive the item you'll have to cover the additional shipping cost and we'll send the product back to you. We will only hold products for 21 days.

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled.
